Terre Battu Tennis – Four exclusive red clay courts are ready to help you discover your inner Nadal. Politeness or savagery; tennis whites or neon brights; singles or doubles – that’s up to you. Lit for night play to enjoy the cooler evenings, advanced reservations recommended. Time your visit to our estate just right and you can get some inspiration for your game at the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, often referred to as the ‘fifth major”.
Pétanque & Pastis – This classic French boules game is a perfect way to spend the afternoon with friends, old and new. Now, you could play by the traditional set of rules, but we prefer our ‘house rules’.
Step One: Order a glass of Pastis – this is a French game after all.
Step Two: Review the ‘official rules’ – any of our staff can fill you in.
Step Three: Order another Pastis and try to keep score.
Step Four: Retire to Counter Reformation, our on-property ode to lively Parisian eateries – think share plates and an eclectic wine-by-the-glass list. It provides the perfect setting to recount the shots of the day.
Swimming Pools – Palm Springs and swimming pools are like ice cream and ice cream cones; you appreciate them even more together. Three of the best hotel pools in Palm Springs are on our estate and each offers a unique style and ambience worthy of your down time. Add a private Cabana and a refreshing cocktail from Lemonade Stand and you have the recipe for a perfect day by the pool. Relax. Refresh. Repeat.
