Check-in time is 4pm. This allows us to make certain your room is pristine before arrival. Should you need earlier accommodation, we are happy to assist, based on availability. An early check-in fee may be applicable. To request an early arrival, please contact our team ahead of your stay.

Check-out time is at 12pm. This ensures you do not have to rush. For additional convenience, online check-out is available for all of our guests. You may review your bill online at any time during your stay or, if you prefer a paper copy, you may request one. Requests for a late check-out after 12pm should be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure, are subject to availability, and may result in an additional fee.

Cancellations must be received 3 days prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.

Parker Palm Springs is a valet parking only property at $50 plus taxes per day. 

EV charging is reserved for Registered Hotel Guests only. A physical key is required to be accepted for charging; no cars operated by cell phone or app are accepted for charging.

Parker Palm Springs is one of the most beautiful ADA-accessible hotels in Palm Springs. Our large and luxurious (325 sq ft / 30 sq m) rooms offer a choice of king or two double beds. A deluxe, accessible room with roll-in shower and hand-held shower head provides both comfort and style. Lower closets, hanging bars, counters, pull bars and lowered door views ensure comfort and convenience. ADA-compliant pool lifts at all three swimming pools and hot tubs. Wheelchair and TTY kit available on request.

Parker Palm Springs is the most stylish pet friendly hotel in Palm Springs. Like you, we appreciate that your pet(s) have sophisticated taste. There is a fee of $200 per night per pet.

Same day valet service is available Monday through Friday at Parker Palm Springs. All items will be returned by 7pm. Pressing services are also available.

Parker Palm Springs is committed to providing its guests a smoke-free environment. Therefore, smoking anywhere within the Parker Estate is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found to be smoking within the Parker Estate, the room will be charged a $500 penalty.

There are six dining and cocktail options on our estate. This allows you to enjoy the very best of Palm Springs restaurants without having to leave the property. Choices include al fresco, tapas, poolside, barstool, lounge, and the crown jewel, mister parker’s. Dark, discreet, intimate and upscale, mister parker’s is full of delicious style, both on and off the plate, and one of the romantic restaurants in Palm Springs. Non-guests are welcome to dine only at mister parker’s, Norma’s, and Counter Reformation. The other food and beverage options are reserved strictly for hotel guests.

The swimming pools at Parker Palm Springs are reserved exclusively for hotel guests, and the resort does not offer pool day passes. Spa treatments at the Palm Springs Yacht Club may be available to non-guests by appointment. Spa day usage is open for all registered estate guests.

Access to the estate is reserved for registered hotel guests only. Non-guests are welcome to visit mister parker’s, Norma’s and Counter Reformation, or to book a spa appointment.

Yes – families are welcome at Parker Palm Springs. Complimentary cribs and infant beds are available, children stay free in existing bedding, and babysitting can be arranged on request (surcharge applies). The 13-acre estate offers lawns, pools, bicycles and games such as croquet and Pétanque.

Yes.
