Our Estate has adapted to the changing needs and expectations of travel during the COVID-19 global crisis. As always, the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, community and team remain our first priority. Following the guidelines of the CDC and government authorities we implemented enhanced health and safety measures to our already high standards so that you may feel at ease and comfortable during your stay.
We, along with Leading Hotels of the World, have partnered for certification by GBAC STAR. GBAC is a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association that serves as the gold standard for facilities to implement cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention protocols.
This certification and ongoing auditing include thorough and rigorous cleaning and sanitization, the proper use of personal protective equipment and staff training in all aspects of health, safety and hygiene.

As has always been the case, our first priority is the health and safety of our guests, our team, and the community.
The following is a brief overview and examples of steps and actions taken at the Estate.
The Estate remains vigilant and continually monitors the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is following all health and safety guidelines provided by the government authorities and local department of health.

Team members follow local department of health guidelines.
Housekeeping will follow enhanced practices for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
All guests must be assisted and seated by a member of the Cabana team.
No food or beverage is permitted anywhere other than your assigned Chaise.
All seating, tables, contact surfaces will be sanitized between each usage.
All equipment will be cleaned regularly throughout the day.
Sanitizing wipes are available for guests’ use.
